Postage and Delivery
Uk postage is calculated by weight. Just as a guide upto 3 keyrings, bag charms, earrings and small items like that will be £1.25 postage.
All orders under 2Kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Orders over 2Kg will be sent via Hermes.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday, on the odd occasion this can not happen we will let you know and then orders will be dispatched with in an advised time frame. Post normally arrives 3-4 days after dispatch but please do allow upto 14 days for any delays.
Please do ensure that the address on your order is correct as this is the address I will ship to. If the address provided is incorrect and the item has been shipped, the customer is liable for the cost of resending once the item has been returned.
Returns Policy
My items are returnable with the exception of personalised items. Please inform us within 14 days if you would like to return. The item must be return in original packaging unused and in the same condition you received it.
The return cost is down to the buyer. The exception to this is if an item is damaged during shipping or being faulty. I always try to package my items as best as I can.
If unfortunately a breakage does occur, please send me pictures of both the item AND the packaging it was shipped in. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
It is reccommended that you return any items signed for. Once it has been received the item will be inspected and any money due to be refunded will be done within 7 days.
